Thank you for shopping with AYITI 26. Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail.

What We Accept

  • Damaged items – Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Defective prints – Misprints, faded colors, or quality issues
  • Wrong item – You received a different product than what you ordered

What We Cannot Accept

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size selected (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • Color differences due to monitor/screen settings

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at support@ayitibiz.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
